Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll always do our best to make things right. Here’s how our returns and refunds work.
Personalised Prints
All personalised prints are made to order, created specifically for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on personalised items unless the product arrives faulty or incorrect. If something isn’t right, just send us a message along with a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised products, your order is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Your legal rights include:

14 days to cancel your online order from the day after it’s delivered.

A further 14 days to return the item after you tell us you want to cancel
This gives you up to 28 days from receiving the item to return it.
You can do this by contacting us via our Contact Us form or emailing us at ContactUs@ThePrintClub.uk with your order number and any relevant details about your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers cover return postage costs unless the item was delivered damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we’ll cover the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected:

Contact us as soon as possible

Send a clear photo of the issue

We’ll organise a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer
There’s no need to send the faulty print back unless we specifically request it.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we’ll process it within 5 working days.
Refund times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
